Farm House Rescue | Stanfordville, NY

This is a whole house renovation of a circa 1870 vernacular farmhouse.  The house was completely gutted and insulated with spray foam. All new mechanical systems and finishes were installed. The work also included removing poorly planned renovations, extending the existing porch, adding a mudroom and adding a sun room.
